First day of high school and the game assassin!!!

The fourth day we went to the Mountain lakes high school for the first time. We had to follow the classes of our hosts and listen to the teachers teach. In my opinion the high school looked just like I imagined from my knowledge of films. It is really big and large halls with lockers on both sides. We could get free food at the cafetairia and I of course had the most unhealthy food there was: a giant wrap with fries inside of the wrap with chicken and cheese!! a lot of cheese….. It was really good. It was a great experience to see where the American hosts go to school.

We also went to a powder puff game but it was kind of boring to see the girls play football, it wasn't a good first football game to be honest.

After school me and my host went home to get dinner and after that she told me she participated in this game they usually play in spring with the whole school: 'assassin' . It's basically (as they call it themselves) casual stalking. The game itself involves a lot of hiding in bushes and trying to shoot other people with water guns, which we did. My host did a small game with her friends that's why they are playing it this week.

The rules of the game are as followed:

Game hosts begin by advertising that a game is being set up and instruct potential players to send in their personal details. Once enough players have signed up, the game host assigns targets to the players. A player is usually told the personal details of their target as collected by the game host. The aim of the game is for players to track down and eliminate their targets until only one player remains. When a player eliminates their target, they get the victim's target(s). Only one assassin can kill a target at a time. If only one player remains, the game is over. Of course they "kill" other players with water guns, we even had face paint to make it even more amazing!!

This was an amazing experience for me and the perfect ending of the day.
